Due to my many years of industrial and business experience, I do this in commercial enterprises also from the perspective of an entrepreneur and a corresponding interest and risk assessment (What is really necessary?). Over the many years of my work as General Counsel of PUMA and then as an independent lawyer, I have acquired a wealth of experience in a variety of legal fields and of course in all aspects of the sporting goods industry and related areas.
